Skipback AUv3 is a free audio recording plugin for iOS and MacOS. It implements the popular "retrospective recording" or "skipback" feature from various hardware samplers. Skipback AUv3 constantly records up to the last 1 minute of audio and 5000 notes of MIDI that are sent to it. You can use this to record takes on the fly, improvising music without the stress of remembering to hit the record button.
