Utilitoor is a still under development and yet-to-be-released, FREE plugin to provide utility functions such as gain manipulation, phase correction, listening to the left and right channels separately, putting bass frequencies into mono, and more. It is meant to provide essential tools in environments where standard utilities you might expect from a DAW do not exist, such as AUM on iOS.
